Usage

Three short cards in a row — heading + link, no body copy. Use for a "more places to go" section near the bottom of a marketing page, or as a navigational stub between deeper content blocks.

Content length

Heading on each card is the key affordance. ~60 characters reads cleanly across the three-card row at large breakpoints. Lock at 3 items — fewer or more breaks the rhythm.

CTA is one link per card. Use a verb phrase.

Hue cascade

Each card cycles through the active subtheme's three complementary hues (XDS calls these complementary01, 02, 03) — so the trio reads as coordinated rather than monochrome. Authors can pin a single card to a specific hue via the hue_override field.
